Mon Adoptive Technology (MAT) coordinates systems deployment to conform strictly with national and regional data sovereignty regulations in the Middle East and African corridors.
1. UAE Data Residency Conformance
In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), all personal metadata, transaction logs, and operations center communications are stored and hosted inside authorized local staging infrastructure. No information is mirrored outside UAE boundaries without formal regulatory permit.
2. Cloud Sovereignty and Encryption
We configure our network NDR integrations and tactical SatCom telemetry interfaces with localized encryption keys. Local administrators retain 100% custody of keys, aligning with regional sovereign cloud security directives.
3. Regulatory Audits and Staging
All platforms resold by MAT undergo security alignment assessments designed to meet the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) guidelines and regional cybersecurity standards.
