These Terms of Service govern the systems integration, value-added resale (VAR), and hardware staging agreements executed by Mon Adoptive Technology (MAT) with commercial and sovereign entities.
1. Staging and Custom Integration Scope
MAT acts as a strategic intermediary, localizing, mounting, scan-testing, and deploying global vendor technology platforms. The specific hardware requirements, software licenses, and staging parameters are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
2. Licensing and Compliance Hardening
Client retains full ownership over local telemetry data, network routing profiles, and custom integrations. All software logic imported on behalf of the client is licensed according to vendor terms and local data sovereignty laws.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support operations, hardware replacements, and custom maintenance services are subject to the SLA tiers outlined in the primary channel reseller agreement. Our standard support is operated 24/7 out of our Dubai Headquarters.
